Returns
Garments can only be exchanged with a receipt within 5 days of purchase.
Exchange garments must be unworn, in its original re-saleable condition, I.E clean, intact, with hangers, swing labels.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable.
Hats and Fascinators are non-exchangeable/Non-refundable.
Altered garments are not re-fundable. 15% charge for alterations.
We only give refunds in accordance with your legal rights. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.
